I visited Chris and Emma at the Gosport War memorial hospital on Wednesday for minor surgery. Is it possible to enjoy a visit? If it is. I did. They relaxed me, explaining what they were going to do. Also why. The procedure itself was done efficiently, with care, and within the time, Chris had explained would take at a previous appointment. We even had the odd joke going back and forward. Yes. Seriously. In fact that was a big help.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Chris Heaton and nurse Emma at Gosport War Memorial Hospital this morning. I was quickly put at ease with their friendly, competent and professional manner. No time was lost in the execution of the procedure with a complete explanation of what was to be done. It was nice to chat about things whilst the procedure was carried out. Dr Heaton and Emma worked well together with great professionalism. An explanation of how to administer the after care was excellently portrayed in an easy to understand manner along with a printed explanation. Thank you both, I very much appreciate your work today.

I met Dr Chris Heaton this morning for a minor operation on a BCC above my right eye, following recent procedures on two other sites on the face. There was a small administrative mix up with the appointment which he quickly resolved without fuss. Dr Chris examined three other skin lesions and decided that he would deal with them at the same time. I felt totally confident in his professional skill as a dermatologist and his friendly, reassuring manner. Both he and nurse Julie made a wonderful team and I am grateful for their excellent care.

At my appointment today at St Mary’s for minor surgery I was treated by Dr Chris Heaton and his nurse Julie and from the minute I walked through the door they both made me feel so calm. Dr Heaton was so friendly and chatty and kept me informed throughout the procedure. I would just like to say a big thank you to both of them for the amazing job they both do.
