I met Dr Heaton about 3 years ago. My first impression was " This is an interesting guy" Since that time i have had several clinics with him. Every time he's made the call and acted with the remedy, sometimes at that meeting. I have great confidence in him. In fact generally the service at St Marys has been a great help to me.

I was surprised to get an appointment so soon after GP referral and even more surprised that the doctor was able to carry out the procedure the same morning. Within an hour of my appointment I had left the hospital after expert completion of the surgery by the doctor and his very professional team. If only the NHS was always like this.

Had a consultation today with Dr Heaton assisted by Emily. From entering his room I was made totally at ease by his introduction and conversation. Examination was thorough and explanatory as was the treatment. He fully explained the issue I had and the ongoing treatment I required. Such treatment was enhanced by the numerous explanatory handouts provided by Emily. Dr Heaton fully answered my numerous questions and I left the room confident of the consultation. Dr Heatons manner and interface are strong positive points and based on my experience he is without doubt a great asset to NHS. Thank you
