I met Dr Chris Heaton this morning for a minor operation on a BCC above my right eye, following recent procedures on two other sites on the face. There was a small administrative mix up with the appointment which he quickly resolved without fuss. Dr Chris examined three other skin lesions and decided that he would deal with them at the same time. I felt totally confident in his professional skill as a dermatologist and his friendly, reassuring manner. Both he and nurse Julie made a wonderful team and I am grateful for their excellent care.
