Dr Chris Hayward was an exceptional doctor. Not only is he a good listener, but also very efficient in what he does. I felt totally confident during my procedure; the after care was great too.

I have been a patient of Dr Hayward for about 12 years and have always found him to be a sympathetic man who listens and recommends the correct treatment.
When carrying out colonoscopy procedures he has always been careful and explains the procedure and gives me a full report afterwards.

I have been seen by Dr Hayward now for about 3years after having been treated by my previous consultant for 10years. I have steadily built a relationship with him and find him to be very considerate and understanding to my problems. He tries to explain problems and remembers personal problems that i may have. His job is very pressurised but i do feel time in clinics can be a problem, usually however i am not rushed by him.

I saw Dr. Hayward for a gastroscopy at Derriford Hospital, Plymouth. Dr. Hayward was extremely kind and caring, ensuring that I felt comfortable, at ease, and informed throughout the whole procedure. He is a friendly doctor, and I felt safe and happy at all times whilst in his care.
