After waiting many months for this appointment I was disappointed that Dr Allen had not bothered to read the patient's notes, requiring my very ill wife to recount her years of illness in the few minutes we were allocated. He ignored anything that he didn't want to hear, and went off on tangents and personal rants whenever he wished. We left the appointment with the address of a website his friend had set up, and the words 'the doctors you need to see don't exist'. His lack of medical help was made worse by his abrupt tone and dismissive nature, which my wife is still incredibly upset about. I would not recommend him at all and would rather have not attended the appointment.
