Appointment system total nightmare..few years ago ot was really good...you could get through on phones, you could book advance,you could get appts on the day. Now about 20 ppl stand outside surgery at 6.45 to make appointments. You cant get through on phones I made 100 calls the other day no luck. You cant book in advance....this has become dreadful. How is an I'll person able to go in person so early to surgery to make appt as that is the only way of getting g an appointment. Total chaos which is very sad as this was a really highly re commended surgery on e...I was constantly praising...management need to urgently review this.
