I have been under Dr Boardman's care now since he first joined. I have to say he is an absolutely amazing doctor. He has time to listen to you. You are a patient and not just a number to him. I've had a rough couple of years medically wise and he has constantly had my back on everything, making phone calls, chasing appointments etc. I have also had him ring at nearly 9 at night to check on things. He gives you all the information to make an informed decision on where your care Is going or how it is managed. Also I have to say the receptionist staff at the group are amazing too!.

Among the finest Doctors I have met and I have worked in the NHS for nearly 30 years. Involves you in decision making and planning ensures he spends time talking you through everything so you understand fully what is happening. The practice is extremely lucky to have him work there - hold on to him!

I have no hesitation in saying that Dr. Boardman is one of the finest doctors that I have ever met, ( I work in the NHS and so have met many doctors to be able to make this statement based on experience). He has great patience, he listens, he explains, he is enthusiastic , he is prepared to find information out for you and you leave his consultation feeling that your problem has/is being dealt with completely. I only hope that he will decide to stay at SGP not only for the benefit of the practice but also for the benefit of all the patients that he serves. He is a 'first class' GP!

A wonderful Doctor immediately puts you at your ease and listens to all you say. He explains in great detail what is wrong with you and how it can be treated. I would recommend him to anyone.
