Dr Chris listened, empathised and understood my view point as a parent of the patient. he is approachable, listened to my concerns and provided clear communication as to his plan of action to escalate the issue, was apologetic for others in the rpactice dismissive approaches despite not being his fault. truly compassionate leadership behaviours exhibited.

I met Dr. Targett in an emergency appointment for a follow up steroid injection into a trochanteric bursa. I had been in considerable discomfort and Dr. Targett was empathetic, informative and put me completely at ease. He followed up with appropriate advice and an exercise programme together with a prescription for a topical ibuprofen gel. I felt totally relaxed and cared for. It was an absolute pleasure to see this new doctor to our local practice. I have total trust in him.
