Dr Richards is always a caring professional and explains his analysis and conclusions in a friendly and often humorous way. I was sceptical about one diagnosis as it seemed removed from the area of pain but he was spot on and, thanks to him, an operation cured many years of severe discomfort and referrals and tests by others. He works hard at making The Family Practice a high quality surgery.

Dr Richards took time with us.He explained everything to us.My wife and myself are in our 80s.I felt it was like seeing a GP like we did years ago.He was friendly tried hard getting on top of my problem.We never felt rushed and like we were afraid to ask to many questions.He was like a friend.A lovely man and a very good GP
