I went to see Dr Jong with concerns about skin damage to my face through prolonged sun exposure at a younger age. I found Dr Jong to be an excellent listener, thoroughly professional in manner and very thorough in his whole approach. He spotted a basal cell carcinoma on my side that I hadn't even been aware of and reassured me in relation to what I needed to do both for that and for the actinic keratosis to my face. I can thoroughly recommend Dr Jong and will use his services again if so needed.

Dr Cherng Jong was a delightful man who told me exactly what a bcc was and he drew a diagram showing what he would do to remove it. He explained as he went through the procedure everything he was doing and at no time did I feel pain or worry in his capable and professional care. However I would like to make one disappointing point and that was about the woman who came into the room whilst I was having the procedure and proceeded to have a conversation with the nurse who was attending Dr Jong, telling her all about some relation that was renting a four bedroomed house and generally chatting about nothing to do with the business that was happening in the room. She sat at a desk and wrote something in a book and than had this conversation. I did wonder how Dr Jong could concentrate with all this going on, but he did! I would like to add that I have had the stitches removed at my own doctor’s surgery and the procedure has healed admirably. So please thank Dr Jong on my behalf.
