Saw Dr Vikrama on 9.04.2023. I was able to discuss fully my problems. She examined my chest and took my blood pressure and explained recent investigation results. Very importantly for me she was able to arrange an ECG in the practice soon afterwards and saw me again after that to discuss the results all on the same morning. She made referrals for further assessment and blood testing. All in all she was polite, professional and thorough. I was very pleased with the prompt and expert service I received and left feeling reassured.
