This Doctor was very rude to my parents . The Surgery wrote to my Father who has Dementia and invited him for a review and to make a double appointment which my Mother did for him . When they arrived in the Doctors office Dr Mah asked them what they were there for and my Mother explained that they were there for the Dementia review , the Doctor then said to them that they should have told the Receptioinist what the appointment was for, he said this four times to them and my Mother told him that she did ! He then turned to my Father and asked him why he was there , (he didn't understand as he has DEMENTIA)! He then told my Father that he was never going to get better !!! In a very curt manner. My parents were very upset by this . Since this my Father has taken to his bed and his mood is very low . They do not want to complain (I've tried to encourage them to do this) but they are worried it will affect their future appointments although I have told them not to see him again . My parents are both 80 and could have done without this as we all know that this is a box ticking exercise anyway and nothing to do with his care .We will not be seeing this Doctor again.

This Doctor was very rude to my Parents , my Father was written to by the Practice asking him to come in for a review regarding his Alzheimer's condition and to make a double appointment which they did. When my parents went into the Doctors office he did nothing but moan to them about " you should have told the Receptionist what the appointments was for" he said this four times . Why?? They had made a double appointment so he had plenty of time to give my Father the correct care which he deserved . He then turned to my Father who is 80 and said "well you're never going to get better " I think this is a disgusting way to treat two elderly patients who after all went to a BOX TICKING EXERCISE. Sadly my parents do not want to complain as they are afraid how he will be with them in the future !! Avoid !

Dr Mah is a very caring GP who always makes time for his patients, yet still seems to manage to keep to schedule. He is very professional, and will listen to his patients, and discuss any concerns they may have.
