I never dreamed, I would have a doctor, a person as kind as Dr Westbury on NHS, I am very fortunate, I was upset and frustrated because of delay in finding the cancer earlier for many years but now I am in good spirits after meeting Dr Westbury, she listened to my frustration of being let down by other doctors, she is extremely a professional and experienced. Took my husband for first appointment with Dr Charlotte Westbury yesterday. Found Dr Westbury easy to talk to and she made us feel at ease discussing my husband’s health situation and prognosis. I found Dr Westbury to be a kind, sympathetic and an easy listener.

. We met Dr Charlotte Westbury and her nursing team today at Hillingdon Hospital. We did have to wait an hour for our scheduled appointment but when we did get in to see her we had a an un rushed appointment where we had plenty of time to ask anything we needed. Dr Charlotte Westbury was kind, empathetic and patient. Explained everything about the treatment pathway and all the support services available to us. Listened to us and answered our questions and concerns Gave us a list of contacts should we have further concerns before our next appointment

My father had bladder cancer with Dr Westbury in charge of his case. We asked repeatedly for scans to monitor his cancer but were not allowed. Were told not neccessary unless he has symptoms. The symptoms that came were complete kidney failure as a result of cancer returning. He died in May but would still be alive now if his cancer had been monitered.
