Dr Charlotte Thomson

As a patient you take a Doctor's clinical skills as a given. Dr Thomson is clearly very skilled and an integral part of the Bath Oncology Team. Most importantly for me, is that she is calm and caring. She listens, does all that she promises, follows up on her care plan and she smiles. If a score was required, mine for Dr Thomson would be 99% (only because no one gets 100%) and she can not absolutely perfect can she?
