My first appointment at Gold Street was entirely satisfactory. A later appointment at Great Chesterford I regarded as truly appalling and still do. I have never before received such a level of dismissive rudeness to questions from any medical professional, privately or within the NHS, or indeed in any of several other countries where I have required medical assistance/attention.

Listens carefully and makes sure she understands and addresses your concern. Good practical advice/treatment. Excellent GP would always try to see her, if possible, highly recommend.
