Dr Charlotte Alexander is absolutely brilliant. Professional, caring, attentive and very accurate in diagnosis. I always feel extremely comfortable and secure knowing my medical evaluation will be correct and thoroughly managed. Dr Alexander is highly recommended. Rare to find GP's that are as genuine as Dr Alexander is.

Great loss to Crouch Oak Family Practice and equally great gain to patients in Cookham, Berkshire. Charlotte is the most professional and caring GP I have known. Nothing ever too much trouble and never limited by the 10 minute protocol. Simply fantastic.

Very disappointed to hear that Dr Alexander is moving on shortly, who I have always found very approachable and helpful. I also feel like an individual when I see her and not just another patient. Please don't go!!!
