This was an initial consultation with Dr. Charles Murray who was friendly, with an excellent and easy manner which made me feel comfortable, very at ease and listened to. He was thorough, attentive and reassuring, he gave me confidence in his care giving. He was totally professional and made me feel confident in his knowledge and expertise. He explained everything thoroughly in terms of further tests and procedures moving forward

Dr Murray was great, from my initial consultation through to my procedure. He understood, reassured, carried out detailed testing all within the day and came back with the results. On the day of the procedure checked in with me prior to the sedation and again as soon as I was in recovery. Very caring empathetic and all the cliché words that go with how it should be. I truly don't have any suggestions as to any suggestions on improvement. My entire experience was first class
