My husband had a very bad stroke in September 2015 and was in hospital for over 3 months. Since his discharge on 18th December he has been in the care of Dr. Foulkes who has been very good with arranging the District Nurse to come to the flat and do
blood tests. He has also kept us informed of the results. As he has never met my husband (we only registered with the surgery in December 2015) and only became his Dr. after his discharge from hospital I find his care very good.
