I am writing this on behalf of my wife to express our sincere appreciation and gratitude for the outstanding care and compassion, Dr Puli has provided. Everyone is really worried during Covid 19 pandemic and having flare ups in this time, is not pleasant and extremely stressful not only as a patient but for also for the family. Dr Puli personally initiated a video call consultation for my wife. He proved and established the definite and strong bonding between patient and clinician. My wife said, “ This has truly touched my mind and 5 minutes of incredible conversation has done the job. I am already feeling better”. Dr Puli took careful consideration of our concerns and patiently explained to meet our satisfaction. All I can say here is, not everyone can do this. Dr Puli’s professional expertise is exceptional. His dedication surpasses anything I have ever seen. I am deeply moved by Dr Puli’s dedication He has that potential to make his patients feel very comfortable and utilise every molecule of his fine sense in medicine to achieve patient satisfaction.
