Dr Chalil (or Dr Chill, as I nicknamed him four years ago) is a star. I was referred to him after I collapsed with an irregular heartbeat, whilst being a full time carer for my husband, who had Parkinson's Disease and chronic advanced Glaucoma.
After I had several episodes of AF, Dr Chalil suggested putting me on the waiting list for an ablation procedure, which he thought could improve my quality of life. I had the procedure just over a year ago and have gradually felt a lot more like my old self as a result.
I am so grateful for Dr Chalil's professionalism, courtesy, concern and humour throughout all consultations and the procedure itself. I have always felt that I was in safe hands - whatever the outcome.
