Are you sure you are not cibfysing Dr Richards with another. This Gp embodies terse every consultation, as if she is gritting her teeth and bearing with it.

All of the GP's at the surgery are great, professional, approachable but Dr Richards really stands out for me. There is something about her that I just can't quite describe. She has an excellent manner, I feel like she is very experienced and skilled but also that she cares, it makes a real difference. A friend of mine, who used to live in the area, also went to the practice and would always try and see Dr C Richards. With her then baby daughter she really respected and trusted her advice and diagnosis.
