Dr Ladd is an extremely caring, kind, knowledgeable and professional doctor. My wife and I have always felt we have received excellent diagnosis and the care and help we needed. Even though we know she must be. Dry busy we are never made to feel that she needs to rush you through, we feel very lucky that she is our GP.

Dr Ladd is just a wonderful doctor, she has always made me feel comfortable and feel cared for. Has always picked up on health issues and has always made me better! I cannot rate her any higher, even moved GPs to be under her care.

Dr Ladd has been absolutely fabulous with my elderly mother. Everything has been picked up early, effectively and reassuringly. She is a great GP. Thank you, Dr Ladd.

Carrie takes the time to understand the whole patient. She is kind and considerate, and gives confidence in her diagnosis and recommended treatment of health issues. We all know how little time the doctor has to spend with a patient, somehow Carrie never makes you feel under any time pressure. She is a great example of an excellent Doctor.
