Had a phone appointment. My confidence was low that it would achieve what I needed, but I was wrong. Dr Crickmore was thorough, and saw through my petty excuses and called me on it: which is refreshing. She offered holistic solutions to long term problems rather than medication which I found pleasantly surprising. she is clearly experienced and no nonsense, which are qualities I like in a Dr. Given I havn't seen or talked to a Dr in over 2 years, her opening remark about this was 'Is this a good thing, or a bad thing' which help me relax. This was going to be a good appointment. In terms of prognosis, Dr Crickmore quickly, efficiently and thoroughly assessed my issues, set out a plan and gave me clear instructions on what I needed to do. I couldn't ask for better. Thanks Dr Crickmore.

Dr Crickmore is rude and intimidating. I would never wish to see her for a mental health issue again, and would not recommend her to someone suffering from the same. She may have big fancy degrees and no doubt she is an intelligent woman, but her approach to "empathy" was disgraceful.

I have never felt more safe and cared for than with Dr Crickmore, I trust her completely. She is a supreme listener, very efficient and is most particular that, should a prescription be required, the most suitable is found. She remembers my children's names and in a natural and sincere manner makes one feel that, at that moment, one is the first and only priority she has.
