|This Doctor went out of her way to interfere with 2 different psychiatric consultation without speaking to the patient or having consent to talk to any of the patients carers
She had no regard for broken consent, personal safety, and instead on handling patient care after the patient escaped the mis management. This Surgery and Doctor with help pain management after 2 escalation for a Doctor, consultant nominated for the patients pain management
She has delayed the care if an urgent patient by over 4 weeks by breaking trust and the doctors basic other in the position of trust they have
Patient even left the surgery and she broke GPPR in parallel to denying-last surgical support mid a 4 round surgical appoach - all navigated and self referred as serious and complex pain in my Jaw from TMJ, and managed without any GP support since April 2019
The doctors refused a 121 appointment before the issues were critical, however manager to open over 4 hours with mum carers at my cost = without my consent !

Dr Caroline Scott is incredibly friendly, she always listens to me and has time for whatever queries or needs I have. I never feel rushed at all, even when I have been late. I trust her completely. She has really helped me many times. I am moving and feel very sad that I cannot still visit Dr Scott as she is honestly the best doctor I have ever had. She is an asset to the NHS and St Pauls Cottage Surgery.

Dr Scott is absolutely fantastic. She is brilliant at listening and coming up with a plan that both her and I are happy with. I recommend St Paul's Cottage Surgery to anyone in the area and recommend Dr Scott in particular. I fully trust her clinical abilities and very much appreciate her kind and friendly manner. Thank you for being a great Doctor!
