Dr Jones gives generously of her time and expertise. One always feels listened to and that you are an individual not merely a 'patient' or a 'case' or 'merely fulfilling some quota'. She takes time with patients - which does mean she is almost always running late! but her patients seem to accept this as a small price to pay for her exceptional care; one is never shunted out of the surgery in five minutes flat. She is very supportive. Her special interest is mental health, but she is very good and patient whatever one sees her about.
