It is very hard to give what I feel an accurate review on Dr Dollery as I really feel it depends on the day with her. She has the ability to show empathy and care, and give you her time, but if you catch her on a bad day it's not good at all. I ended up feeling so uncomfortable, intimidated, judged, uncared for and badly treated by Dr Dollery which was a shame. I also sensed she has a bit of a temper and it was hard to be on the other end of that when there was no reason for it and I hadn't done anything wrong. I think she can be so unprofessional at times. It seems she has two sides and some days she is far more caring and more efficient and other days seems the exact opposite of this. I feel she can be very hit and miss. She's not always great with follow ups which at times were very much needed. Other times she was great at this. But considering she is meant to specialise in mental health, although I have had some positive experiences, and mental health has been one of my main issues, it was hard to trust her in the end as I realised she was inconsistent and I felt mistreated and that she was treating me unfairly, blaming me etc. I had to go to a different doctor in the end.
