Carlos is the best Dr I have every had. He was supportive, empathetic, and professional. He is no longer my Doctor as I moved away. I wish I could still see him.

I was very surprised to read a couple of negative reviews about this doctor. My daughter (23) and I found him very understanding and ready to listen to our concerns and happy to explain a treatment plan. Also requested we return in a week to see if things had improved. Very nice, calm and friendly manner. Would definitely recommend him to others.

I went to see the Doctor a few weeks ago with mental health issues, he had no grasp of what I was saying to him, had no empathy or understanding and left me feeling worse than I already did! Will be looking into changing practises

He was my doctor for 3 years and when I needed him most, he didn't listen to my symptoms and let me down in an epic way. I went back several times and ended up registering at Rushbottom Lane where Dr Rose listened to me and referred me to the correct team at Southend Hospital. He's the reason I went private. Would not recommend.
