I was referred to this doctor after suffering some stomach issues. I had my consultation in the morning and was the first appointment of the day. The Dr was 45 minutes late for the appointment but still managed to walk through the reception carrying his costa take out. In the consultation, nothing was really listened to and I had the feeling of not really being cared for. After the consultation, a scope procedure was booked and was to be performed by Dr Espinoza. I arrived twenty minutes early as requested and waited six hours for the procedure (again, I was one of the first patients of the day). After both myself and my wife has asked why my appointment was running so late, we were informed that the dr had finished for the day and I was to be slotted in with another dr. Having no contact with this dr for three months, no follow up, nothing, out of the blue a call from the dr himself saying that I needed to be booked in for the procedure. I explained that it had already been performed and told him the results. He claims to not have the notes. I have now been passed on to another consultant as for some reason, dr Espinoza is no longer working at MK (he was hardly there anyway by the sounds of it!)
