I can try to express in words the kindness and care Dr Carl Anandan has shown me while going through some nasty ailments. I have always been shown great care and attention on my visits to him and he would explain in detail what could be done and how he would refer me to experts at QA who could investigate further. My illness on two occasions were very serious and extensive stays in hospital were initially identified by Dr Anandan and I cannot thank him enough. On my discharge from hospital Dr Anandan would either visit or telephone to ensure I was receiving care at home and he would surprise me and come to my home to check on me if he had not seen me for a while. On one occasion my mental health was failing and he arranged emergency visits from the Outreach Team to see me at home and within 2 hours the initial visit was made. I would recommend Dr Anandan to anyone seeking his help as you can be guaranteed to always get treatment ,care and compassion. Thank you Sir.

Dr Anandan has a wonderful sense of humour and is kindness personified. I think that some patients are taken aback by his approach, but it does add a human side to him. On the few occasions that I have presented with more serious symptoms he has treated me with sensitivity and kindness and has made me feel justified and cared for. I am always involved in decisions about my treatment and Dr Anandan is very good at explaining what various test results imply. Dr Anandan is very thorough; his appointments are every fifteen minutes rather than the usual ten. This gives the patient and him time to gather as much information as possible and to explore treatments. I always feel listened to. I appreciate that since the Covid pandemic many people have found it difficult to get face to face appointments with anyone at the GP practices, but I have always managed to get a timely appointment by going through the eConsult system. As the lead GP in this small Practice, Dr Anandan has ensured that he has a very approachable team working to give their patients the best care possible.

Dr Anandan has a wry sense of humour that some people simply do not understand. He has always treated me with sympathy, care and professionalism. I wholeheartedly recommend him as a GP.
