I spoke to Dr Cagdas Calisir over the phone about ‘women’s problems’. She was far from sympathetic, very rude & implied I was wasting doctors time. This was over a matter I personally have never experienced being nearly 30 years old. She was completely uninterested in anything I had to say. I have never experienced an issue with south street surgery before & because of this, I will be signing up to a different surgery.

I saw Dr Calisir about a "woman's issue" having previously seen another Doctor whom I know told me a load of rubbish. Dr Calisir clearly knew what she was talking about, took the time to go through everything with me, answered all my questions, worked out a treatment approach in collaboration with me, and left me feeling confident that I was "in good hands". Anyone who has had bad care will appreciate what a relief it is to have finally received good medical care. I can't necessarily recommend the surgery in general, but Dr Calisir is great. My husband also recommends Dr Dixon.
