First meeting. Introduced herself. Listened attentively and gave great advice. Good sense of humour too. Sensible and pragmatic options for treatment discussed, and I went away confident that I was in good hands. Sneaked in a flu jab whilst I was there.

Dr Faulkner was great. She listened to my problems, and assessed me accordingly. I believe after several months of suffering from my problem, something is actually going to be done about it.

I have suffered with a manic psychotic disorder for 18 years and I suffer badly with Anxiety and depression....Dr Faulkner is new to this surgery and my previous doctor recommended her to take over my care....well she has been excellent and very understanding on the occasions I have needed help, she is one of the few doctors I feel I can open up to and know she will take my concerns seriously. I recently had problems with walking and balance etc after a medication increase and she has sought advice from the appropriate medical councils and ensured I will receive the best treatment possible to find a remedy to my condition.......at last I feel like I have somebody who is on my side and who cares about her patients.....10 out of 10 for this special doctor

This doctor didn't make me feel like I was a nuisance or as though I had to rush. She listened patiently to what I had to say, and offered constructive advice. I would be more than happy to recommend this doctor.
