I cannot praise Dr Sheppard enough. She has supported and cared for me for many years and I have no doubt she takes such care and time with all her patients. I have read disappointing (and some horrible) reviews of the gp practice and I have had issues in there myself. The receptionists I am afraid are rude and arrogant and very unwilling to help, miserable and sulky, not good for the first port of call when u are feeling ill, but I promise u if u can fight past the unhelpful receptionists it is so worth visiting Dr Sheppard who will do anything in her power to help
