Read the notes from previous attending doctors. Discharged a patient awaiting urgent endoscopy due to a recent bleed for which he had been admitted, patient was on warfrin. The patient was nil by mouth and awaitng Endoscopy to collect him. Dr McCarron advised it would require a camera but felt it would be better dealt with as a outpatient.
