I found Dr Amesbury rude and patronising when discussing my treatment. I know he has worked in palliative medicine for many years and I can only assume he is used to being reveared without question. Not only did he refute what i had been told was an appropriate course of treatment, he also expressed his political views regarding the NHS.
Not a good ambassador for NHS relations.
