Hello,
This doctor was absolutely brilliant and lovely. Introduced himself and shook my hand, very friendly made me laugh and very professional. Examined my lump on my shoulder, said what it was and how I probably got it, and what the procedure was even a little diagram.

I had been suffering with a bakers cyst and inflammation of the knee for 5 years and then a stand in doctor at my local surgery referred me to Dr Bill Warrilow, I was so impressed with the care I received so I switched surgery. And now under Dr warrilow's care my knee is back to normal, inflammation and cyst have gone, I can straighten my leg and walk without pain. I cannot explain the relief and how good I feel now

Had a lump removed by this doctor today, he was friendly and polite and professional. after greeting me he introduced me to his team and then sat down with me and explained the whole process, this put me at ease and i was relaxed throughout. The removal was quick and painless and he took the time to chat with me afterwards. Very nice man.
