Dr Warrilow removed a lipoma from my arm from start to finish he was friendly and professional. Everything was explained and the whole experience just reinforced the fact that our NHS and its staff are the best.

Dr Warrilow provided a fantastic service in removing a BCC from my back . The procedure was thoroughly explained including drawings to explain size of incision and expected wound and aftercare with no feeling of the consultation being rushed which I know can be difficult with appointment time constraints. He was reassuring and chatty throughout and I had no discomfort at all . He is obviously experienced in putting patients at ease during surgical procedures .

Exceptional care and highly recommended. A few months ago I was referred to Bill Warrilow to have a Basal Cell Carcinoma removed from my cheek. My wife accompanied me, and we were given a warm welcome. He explained the procedure which he illustrated with diagrams, the potential problems and answered our questions. By the time it came to performing the procedure I felt very reassured and knew I was in good hands. Throughout the painless operation, Bill assisted by his wife Susanne, chatted to me and my wife (also Suzanne) about our entomological business and associated interests, so the time passed quickly. Afterwards he was in no hurry for us to leave so we continued the conversation for a few minutes. The wound has healed perfectly with no scar. A huge thank you to both of you from both of us.

In my view, Dr Warrilow is an exceptional doctor. He has huge empathy and humanity. He performed minor surgery on my face and was outstandingly professional, efficient and caring. I wish he was my own GP.
