I was seen by Dr Warrilow after being referred to him by a dermatologist at Benenden in order to have a small BCC removed. Dr Warrilow put me very much at ease, explained in full what a BCC was and how he was going to treat it. I felt very confident that I was in good hands even though I had been dreading the procedure. The actual removal was very quick and efficient, he and his wife are a well rehearsed team and it all went very smoothly. I cannot think that anything would have improved my experience.

I saw Dr Warrilow at Charing Surgery this morning for the removal of a cyst from my back. He explained in details everything he was going to do and even did a small drawing showing details and size of surgery. He then proceeded by giving me anaesthetics, I did not feel the injections at all and checked the area was numb before proceeding with surgery. He was extremely efficient and I could not believe it was all done so quickly. He and his wife who helps him were very friendly and we had a chat during my stay at the surgery and I believe this is why it went so quickly and with no pain at all. I certainly recommend Dr Warrilow for giving great care to his patients.

Attended surgery for the removal of a cyst on my leg. Procedure was clearly explained to me beforehand, and I felt comfortable raising any concerns I had before, and during procedure. Care was taken to ensure I was in no discomfort before starting the op, and throughout. I would certainly recommend Dr Warrilow if you are in need of any similar procedure.
