Dr Vyawahare is an expert where trigger point injections are concerned. She was very understanding about my problem in the initial consultation.Before my first treatement i was worried they would be painful but it's a split second feeling. I was much more relaxed for my 2nd treatment last week which was helpful for the doctor and for me. The care by all the team is great. The injections give relief but do need to be repeated and for me, they are part of wider approach to dealing with my chronic shoulder and neck pain which includes relaxation technique, exercise, posture and also taking amitryptline.

I was refered to Dr Vyawahare at the Pain Clinic due to a debilitating pelvic pain that has been going on for more than 6 years. Before the visit, I was sent a detailed questionnaire to evaluate my condition. The visit lasted nearly an hour, because Dr Vyawahare wanted to understand my condition in detail. She also did physical examination and invited her colleague physical therapist during the visit. She was very reassuring and explained to me the options for a further treatment. She answered all my questions, gave me TENS machine to try for my pain, and she refered me to a procedure for nerve block. I am hopeful that I will be much better after the procedure. I am extremely grateful for the attention, care and help that she gave me during the visit. I cannot recommend Dr Vyawahare and the Pain Clinic enough.

I have now been under the care now of Dr Vyawahare for 6 months and undergone two procedures for piriformis and pudendal nerve pain, during which my overall experience has been one of feeling cared for by a professional who has provided me real empathy and during my two recent procedures provided me an environment of being able to feel relaxed , feel secure and with little anxiety, How lucky we are to have professionals such as Dr Vyawahare in our NHS
