I was able to develop a trusting relationship with the doctor prior to giving birth. He took the time to understand my situation and was supportive of my views and choices. Due to this person centre approach when he suggested medication alongside psychology intervention might be more beneficial I trusted him. He took the time to listen to any concerns I had and worked with me to overcome challenges. I feel very lucky to have received the support I did and would recommend this service to all in need
