Dr Parker promised to fax a request to our gp, asking for a prescription to be arranged for our grandson, who is in our care. It was not done! He is now without medication and I am having a great deal of trouble getting someone to respond, both at the priory and our Drs surgery. This keeps happening, what do I do now! Feeling very frustrated!
