Dr Jacobs has seen my daughter several times. He heard my concerns carefully, suggested further investigation and provided great advices. The doctor was very supportive all the time and I am happy that my daughter is looked after by him.

We have recently returned from living overseas where the care for my son was second to none, so I was a little nervous about embarking on a new care giver. However, from the very outset Dr Jacobs has shown himself to be empathetic and full of compassion for his patient and completely understanding of teenagers and their mindset, which is a quality I wish more doctors would develop, especially in this day and age. He spent a generous amount of time talking to the patient and not at him, and throughout both the live consultation and telephone consultation asked if he could address any questions or concerns we might have. My son also warmed to him straightaway and feels at ease with him and that he can trust him with his condition. He is clearly a professional of great experience and integrity and I feel all my fears have been allayed at selecting Dr Jacobs as our CRMO Consultant.

Dr. Jacobs was very kind and friendly and took the time to get to know my daughter and asked her a lot of questions directly. He was very thorough and explained things well. I felt we were in good hands. I would definitely recommend him!
