Having been there for me since my Cancer diagnosis in 2015 till his departure from BMC in 2021. Dr. Ben Braithwaite was an integral part of my cancer recovery and was key in helping, advising and proactively supporting me in dealing with the trauma, loss of life and in dealing with my long term disabilities from Surgery, Radio and Chemo Therapy. Without Dr. Braithwaite’s consistent, professional, empathetic, caring and concerned proactive approach, I would have no story to tell. Dr. Braithwaite really went above and beyond his call of duty and I am sure this would true for all his patients as much as it was for me. His departure is sorely missed and I for one appreciate now all of what Dr. Braithwaite did for me as well as clearly documenting and persistently writing supporting medical letters for men benefits, making key referrals to my medical team at UCLH on my behalf during a very difficult and dark time when I had lost the ability to cope with and deal with personal and life affairs. I would highly recommend Dr. Braithwaite to any GP practise or Hospital. I salute and thank you Dr. Braithwaite!

Doctor Braithwaite returned my phone call regarding a problem with my ventolin inhalers not being included in my repeat prescription request. Rather than just correct the matter by authorizing my chosen chemist to give me the usual 2 inhalers, he discussed and reviewed my usage of the inhalers. It was a short, but thorough investigation regarding the state of my asthma, and he resolved it by suggesting an additional and, I think, more effective 2-week trial by reducing my somewhat ineffective Ventolin inhaler from 2 to 1 per month and increasing my Fostair from 1 to 2 per month. Furthermore, Dr. Braithwaite has emailed me a very informative short paper on Asthma and how to increase the efficacy of my inhalers. Dr. Braithwaite will phone me in 2 weeks to assess my progress. Thank you very much. Miss T.L.Wolfson.

Thank you very much for this insightful feedback. It's really important that we keep asthma treatments under thoughtful review; I look forward to seeing how you get on with the Fostair MART regime.

My experience with this doctor Dr Braithwaite, was Very reassuring which ended with me feeling very comforted. Although I’m aware that all doctors have a short space of time, Dr Braithwaite Made me feel as if, He was listening to me. He also ask limited but direct questions to get to the concerning issues. He gave his professional advice and opinion, which I totally trust and has left me feeling where I had concerned worrying issues, with my health there will be a solution to making it better.
