My consultation with Dr Weller was a very rewarding experience. She has a wonderful manner with the patient, putting you at your ease as she listens to what worrying health issues you have. Dr Weller was prepared to think beyond her expertise and to do some research on other health problems, which might be a cause of the, as yet undiagnosed , pain. She was very willing to think outside the box and to discuss her thoughts with my GP.
The two students must have been most impressed with the consultation, and hopefully will have learned that to be a good listener is an essential asset, when dealing with people.
