I had a face to face appointment at the Heaton Avenue Surgery with Dr. B. Saheecha. I felt the level of communication was extremely poor during my appointment, at no point did I feel like I was being fully listened to or any of my concerns actually addressed. There's a good a chance the outcome of the appointment would be exactly the same from many other doctors, however a little extra effort in communicating with patients can go a long way. I work in a clinical role within the NHS myself and know how much personal service means to patients.
