I have always had full confidence in her manner, thoroughness, attention to detail and her extensive knowledge. she is professional courteous and polite and gives me time to explain what I want to say. one of the best doctors I have been a patient of. The NHS the practise and patients are lucky to have her. Overall we are very lucky at llwynhendy surgery with the doctors and staff we have taking care of us.
My only criticism I have is minor, sometimes we have trouble with prescriptions being delayed, although it seems to have improved of late. thank you to doctor Beata and all the staff for the care you give.
