I had an appointment for my son to regarding difficulties sleeping/possible sleep apnoea due to several bouts of tonsilitis. I originally saw Valerie in the department who listened very carefully to me and felt my son should be referred to have his tonsils removed but wanted to run this past Dr Muhammad. Dr Muhammad came in to see my son and agreed immediately - he then arranged for us to see an ENT consultant immediately - I signed all the forms for the operation and when I returned to reception a very kind nurse called Jo agreed to do my son's pre-op so we had everything done in one visit and am now just waiting for the operation date. I felt all members of staff were very caring and efficient.
