Absolutely lovely lady who supported me through two pregnancies and has always been sensible and pragmatic in her approach to treatment. I had confidence that her diagnosis and advice was accurate on all occasions. Will be thoroughly missed at the practice.

I have known this doctor for 21 years and nothing is to much trouble she listens and understands any issues are dealt with promptly she is a great asset to the practice

She listens and cares but is also a good clinician and will look things up if she's not 100% sure (though this rarely happens)

She listens and actually talks face to face. She seems to have time for me.

A great example of what a doctor should be. You never feel rushed or patronised when you go to see Dr. Batty. She has an incredibly generous nature, eager to help in any way she can and just a lovely, caring and understanding lady. Highly recommended. She's the best.
