I felt being discharged after 1 appointment after waiting over 18 months was a let down. He was very good, but I'm still waiting to hear from physio about my knees and I took in my throat swab months ago, and I still haven't got my results

Dr Joshi thank you for your time today, we really appreciate you working on a Saturday to be able to see us. You were professional approachable and my son felt at ease to talk to you. We have been on the diagnostic pathway for some time and it is a relief to get to the end and have the confirmation and validation we so needed.

I spoke remotely to Dr Joshi. He was polite, efficient, informative, very re-assuring, kind and caring. I felt that he really cared about helping me and I have subsequently had blood tests and hand therapy. I didn’t feel rushed at all and he spent a long time chatting to me about my condition. I honestly couldn’t fault the whole treatment I’ve received from start to finish. As always, thank you to everybody concerned.
