Dr Dameshmand and his nurse were welcoming, informative and very efficient. He listened to the background of my case and responded to my other medical condition that had a bearing on treatment. Very clear in explaining the procedure he was about to undertake, and explained in detail whilst he was performing the minor surgery. He gave excellent detailed advice on aftercare, both verbally and on a typed sheet.

Calm and answered all my queries. Appointment was on time. Explained procedure clearly and gave verbal aftercare instructions with the opportunity to ask questions. A nurse was in attendance at all times. A useful printed copy of the aftercare instructions was provided and an extra bandage if I needed it. East Surrey hospital staff were helpful and friendly. The hospital was clean and easy to get to with easy parking Good communication via app and post.

I had a minor op today and this Doctor explained everything to me. He told me what ge was going to do before the procedure and what he was doing as he was doing the op. Explained how to care for wound, be aware of any infection, scar care and results process.
