A Bipolar Schizo/Affective F25.9 sufferer was diagnosed and treated under the excellent care of Consultant Psychiatrists Dr Jason Taylor, Dr Salah Fadl and Dr Ivana Markova, and was able to do part time work running a family and avoided mental health sectioning for some years, but then her new Consultant Psychiatrist whilst their was no Trust Chief Executive changed her diagnosis to emotionally unstable personality disorder and stopped her Valproate mood stabilizer and just gave Quetiapine for her to cope on. Her work stopped, she ended up thousands in debt, this also affected family and friends. A psychotic episode nearly ended in a fatality, involving all emergency services, and many other people. Dr James Louis was part of this poor woman's dreadful treatment.
